care packages to thank the veterans.?
this holiday season, i’m thinkin of making gift baskets or a care package for my local veterans, and those in the VA hospital. Do you have any ideas or suggestions of what i should include in the packages?

I tried, but I found it to be more expensive than just getting one thing for someone… Maybe that is just me.

what kind of gift should i but for a couple that have just had baby..we have already got a gift set for the baby..but not sure what to get for the parents..we was thinking a gift basket with food and wine and stuff like that…any ideas?

Whenever I have given birth, I absoloutley loved it when I got vouchers for clothes, because, I had either stretched a lot of my Stuff, or my closet was full of old Stuff, for lounging around in whilst pregnant! I would suggest, Vouchers, Wine, Chocolates etc. My mum actually got me an ipod which was great so when I was tired I could just listen to some music! CD’s are great gifts too though! OR…………!!!!!!! Them photo frames, which are like lttle tv screens, which change picture! You can pick one up for around £20 and there really good, for putting pictures of the kids on!!

AHHH! I have everything bought, except for a last minute gift for my boyfriend’s grandmother. They invited me over Xmas eve so I want to bring a gift basket with gourmet holiday coffees & teas & chocolates (I bought the stuff… some of it anyway). Only 1/2 of the stuff is wrapped, I have soo much wrapping to do… I need to buy something dressy for Xmas eve/day… OMG. thank god I have tomorrow off, I am working xmas eve though.
So what about you, anything left to wrap up (ba-dum-ching) two days before Christmas???
Haha Jim, good luck. Seriously, you’re going to need it. I would reccomend you set your alarm– get to the stores at opening and you’ll likely get the best selection + no lines

basically, evrything is done.. just need a lil shopping for myself…
